Text Box: Our “ MIXED MARTIAL ARTS/MMA - COMBAT KICKBOX “ is an alternative training program designed for students that are not interested in our Taekwondo programs. This is a fitness workout consisting of stretching, punchbag drills, fighting drills, light contact sparring on a continuous basis, grappling as well as punchball and speedball drills.
 
 The training consists of a body warmup including  stretching, cardiovascular exercises and static kick and punch drills.
The main workout consists of standup punchbag drills and fighting drills. This is alternated by focus pad drills, fighting combinations, takedowns and grappling drills as well as speedball and punchball drills.
Students that are involved in our Taekwondo programs are also invited to further complement their fitness training by adding kickbox/mma training to their arsenal. Teenagers and adults  are invited to these classes.
Competitions are held bi-monthly for those interested in competing at a kickboxing/mma level.
